We have several schemes for covering your support issues
that can be tailored to suit your requirements. For many
small businesses it isn’t economically viable to have
your own IT department. Even if you have your own IT staff
or department there are usually areas where there are
skills shortages and a 3rd line level of support is
required for your own IT staff. We can even perform the
ongoing maintenance required from modern systems outside of
your business hours.
You will be provided with your own helpdesk system so you
can log and track issues and chose between response times
of 1, 4 and 8 hours.

Emergency Support
If you IT requirements are so simple that ongoing
maintenance and support isn’t an issue and you have a
problem then contact us. Or maybe you’re having
problems with your current service provider and have
outstanding problems. We can help you even if you
don’t have a support contract with us. We will help
you recover from a disaster or just fix a minor issue.
